THE AMBITION

From overlooked
to the new favorite.

Some of the best businesses are better at doing the work than talking about it.

I’m here for owners who know they have something good, but don’t love selling themselves. We unearth the stories your customers should hear, then use clear strategy and practical tools to help you compete with bigger budgets—without losing your voice or values.

For service businesses, trades, retail and hospitality, and independent professional firms.

Based in Middle Tennessee. Working with businesses in Middle Tennessee and Huntsville, and remotely across the U.S.

01 / HOW I HELP

A stronger story.
A better-running business.

Start with what matters to your business. Agree on useful work. Leave your team clearer about what to do next.

01

Growth strategy
& visibility

Find your real strengths and turn them into a story your customers can see themselves in.

  • Positioning, customer insight & authentic stories
  • Websites, content & search visibility
  • Business development & inquiry follow-up
02

Operations &
customer experience

Make it easier to do good work consistently, from the first inquiry to the next visit.

  • Customer journeys & practical workflows
  • Clear ownership, handoffs & documentation
  • Purchasing, inventory & launch priorities
03

Practical AI
& tools

Choose useful help for real tasks—not technology for its own sake.

  • Tool selection & an agreed setup
  • Templates, instructions & human review
  • Team guidance & a usable handoff

Operational reviews, implementation, tool setup, and training are custom-scoped. They are not included in the fixed-fee discovery packages below.

02 / SMALL TEAM. USEFUL LEVERAGE.

Less busywork.
More room for good work.

AI does not need to run your business to be useful. Start with one repeatable task, a clear boundary, and a person responsible for the result.

Sometimes the right answer is a better spreadsheet, a simpler process, or no new tool at all.

03 / EXPERIENCE IN THE BUSINESS

An owner’s perspective.
A partner in the work.

Hi, I’m Adam.

My background connects hands-on business ownership, growth leadership, and brand work. I understand the difference between a good-looking idea and something your team can actually use.

You work directly with me on the conversations, strategy, design guidance, and final review. Tools support the work; they do not replace the relationship.

NEED A DIFFERENT KIND OF HELP?

Growth & Operations Projects

Story and growth strategy, operational improvements, sensible AI or tool adoption, and team education can be shaped around a specific business need. Scope, responsibilities, deliverables, and price are agreed before work begins.

05 / A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

A little more
clarity.

Is this for a business like mine?

The focus is owner-led small businesses: service businesses, trades, retail and hospitality, and independent professional firms. It is especially useful when you know there is more to your business than people see, but time and internal support are limited. We start by talking through fit—not assuming you need every service.

What does practical AI help actually look like?

It starts with a real task: organizing inquiries, preparing a first draft, finding information, or making a handoff clearer. The work may include choosing a suitable tool, agreeing on a setup, writing useful instructions, and showing your team how to use it. Implementation and training are scoped and priced separately from the fixed-fee discovery packages.

Is using AI the same as AI search visibility?

No. Practical AI adoption is about using tools inside your business. AI search visibility, often called GEO, is about helping search tools understand and reference your business when people look for answers. Search & AI Visibility addresses the second. Neither rankings nor AI citations are guaranteed.

How do scope, fees, and ongoing work happen?

The two discovery options have the fixed scope and price shown above. Growth, operations, and tool-adoption projects get their own written scope, responsibilities, and price before work begins. You can take a roadmap to your existing team or discuss further help. There is no required ongoing commitment.

Will my team understand the work—and keep control?

That is the aim. I explain the thinking, lead the important decisions, and review what you receive. Discovery includes its stated follow-up; implementation handoffs, documentation, and formal training are agreed in the project scope. Please keep passwords, confidential customer information, payroll, and private financial records out of the initial inquiry. Any later access and data boundaries are agreed first.

06 / LET’S CONNECT

Tell me about
your business.

What do you do really well? What would you like to work better?

A little context is enough to start. If we already know each other—or someone connected us—feel free to mention it.
